Seaweed helps improve liver function, and stabilizes blood sugar.

Seaweed is a good food for improving memory, for clearing  skin, and increasing eyesight.

It may help maintain dental health, boost thyroid function, and improve immune system.

Herring reported that sea-weed  prevents allergies and infections, normalizes cholesterol levels, and lowers blood pressure, nurtures healthy heart vessels, and improves the digestive system.

The same report showed that seaweed can help regulate estrogen and estradiol levels, reduce the risk of breast cancer, control PMS (premenstrual syndrome), and improve female fertility issues.

This brown sea vegetable is a potent source of antioxidants that can prevent inflammation, and reduce the risk of arthritis, depression, asthma, celiac disease, and obesity, the report said.
