4 suspects arrested in relation to floating female cadaver in Dagupan City

CAMP BGEN OSCAR M FLORENDO – Four constructions workers were arrested today in relation to a female cadaver found floating along the shoreline of a river in Pantal Guibang, Dagupan City, yesterday, August 28, 2018, according to a press release from the Philippine National Police Regional Office 1.

PSupt Jandale I. Sulit, Chief of Police, Dagupan City Police Station, said that the cadaver was discovered by two witnesses identified as Alberto Victoria Panagsagang and Rolando Abalos Espanyol.

The victim was identified as Reysha Tolosa Vidal, 21 years old, single, promodizer of a local mall and a resident of Pantal Guibang, Dagupan City.  Vidal was found half naked with no lower garments.

Another witness identified as Rodrigo Ubando Tibayan allegedly saw four men in the place of incident where he also heard a female voice weeping at about 12:30 in the morning on August 28, 2018.

Tibayan positively identified the suspects as: Rhadu Ubando Eugenio a.k.a. Adi, 36 years old, with live-in partner, construction worker; Jonathan Español De Vera a.k.a Maning, 29 years old, single, construction worker; Alfredo Ubaldo Ubando a.k.a. Pidong, 28 years old, single, construction worker and Flor Ubando Moulic Jr a.k.a Jay-ar, 26 years old, single, construction worker, all residents of Sitio Guibang, Brgy Pantal, Dagupan City.

Said suspects were arrested and are being held at the Dagupan City Police Station.

The victim’s body was brought to Reggie Funeral Homes, Lucao District, Dagupan City for autopsy/post mortem examination.

PCSupt Romulo E Sapitula, PRO1 Regional Director, reminded the Chiefs of Police Stations to strengthen proactive measures and preventive patrols to deter opportunities of committing crimes.
