58 law enforcers receive their post graduate studies diploma

CAMP BGEN OSCAR M FLORENDO – Fifty eight law enforcers received their post graduate studies’ diploma in Master in Public Administration, Major in Public Safety from the Lyceum-Northwestern University (LNU) in a ceremony held at the La Union Police Provincial Office (LUPPO) April 11.

Police Senior Supt. Ramon L. Rafael, provincial director of LUPPO, represented Police Regional Office 1 (PRO1)   Regional Director of Chief Supt. Ricardo C. Marquez  as the guest of honor and speaker  and congratulated the graduates – 33 PNP personnel from the provincial, city and municipal police stations of La Union, 5 PNP from Ilocos Sur, 10 from BJMP, 7 from PDEA, 2 from PRO1 and 1 from RTS-1.

Marquez said  police personnel as well as those coming from other law enforcement agencies are encouraged to take not only mandatory schoolings but also special, academic and other sort of trainings and education in line with the PNP Transformation Program and the CODE-P particularly on C and P which means competence and professionalism.

The course which is designed for the career development of law enforcers was made possible through a memorandum of agreement signed between LUPPO and LNU Dagupan City, Pangasinan.#
