While breastfeeding the child up to 2 years old or more, give him every day additional food from four or more of the following groups of food:
1. Main food like rice, corn, sweet potato and potatoes.
2. Food vegetables such as sitaw, law, beans and nuts.
3. Foods from animal as meat, chicken, fish and only interior as liver.
5. Food Rich In Vitamin A Fruit (Mango, papaya, Orange) and vegetables (Green and leafy vegetables, carrots and pumpkin).
6. Other fruit and vegetables (bananas, pineapple, tomatoes, avocado, eggplant and cabbage).
