BB PILIPINAS UNIVERSE ‘19 VISITS ILOCOS NORTE. Bb. Pilipinas Universe 2019 Gazini Ganados posed for a photo at Kapurpurawan Rock Formation during her two-day tour of Ilocos Norte, after traveling from Baguio City where she recently crowned her successor. On Oct 15, the province started accepting tourists from the entire Luzon Island as part of its tourism reopening and rehabilitation.
