BAGUIO CITY – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers have released the results of the April 2010 Licensure Examination for Teachers.
Nationwide, 11,318 out of 59,108 examinees or 19.14% passed the examination. Out of 5,204 examinees in Baguio City, 1,154 or 22.18% successfully hurdled the test. Baguio examinees garnering the top ten are: Kevindale Balaso Ligtinen, Saint Louis University, 8th place, 88.40% and Mary Eufrane Lomibao Zaragoza, Pangasinan State University, Bayambang
The oath-taking ceremonies of the successful examinees will be held on June 14, 2010, 9:00 AM at the University of Baguio Gym, Assumption Road, Baguio City.
Initial registration will start on May 27, 2010. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals. Requirements for the initial registration are: duly accomplished oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal; 2010 community tax certificate (cedula); photocopy of NSO birth certificate; two (2) pieces passport size pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag); one (1) piece 1”x1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag); one (1) short brown envelope; one (1) metered documentary stamp for the oath form; and initial registration fee of P600.00 and annual registration fee of P450.00 for 2010-2013.
