Hulipas stressed that this year’s celebration is envisioned for more proactive actions in crime prevention thru the implementation of the Community and Service-Oriented Policing System (CSOPS) as crime prevention strategy.
“With this CSOPS, a collaborative partnership is built between the law enforcement agencies, local executives and community in promoting peace and order, ensuring public safety and further strengthening the local government capability for the effective delivery of basic services to the citizenry. It shall provide us the chance to further cement the bond that holds us together as members of the crime prevention family,” Hulipas added.
