VIGAN CITY – For this year’s celebration of World Heritage Solidarity Cultural Festival – this city’s celebration of the solidarity of World Heritage Sites enlisted by UNESCO, a Zarzuela Ilocana entitled Tres Patrimonio was staged on September 2 in Plaza Salcedo, while another zarzuela that showcases the life of Fr.
